We host a Verbal Skills Workshop allowing the staff to explore what is comfortable verbiage while using different case scenarios in order to teach  effective communication. This can be done in either an interactive group setting or one-on-one.

 

Charting & Perio Treatment Planning

We will discuss and develop a periodontal protocol for the office and how to implement the program with patients. We cover treatment planning and charting in order to improve skills. These new protocols allow staff to be current, effective and productive.

 

Scheduling Matrix & Reception

This technique allows maximized production. The template will be used to make the correct appointments that will create a condensed schedule, limiting down time and creating production in your hygiene chairs. We work with your receptionists, providing formal training on areas of need and/or daily duties including software training, reporting, treatment planning and financial areas.

 

Production and Clinical Skills

We go over techniques and protocols that will teach your clinical staff new things, and more efficient ways of conducting dental operations. This will enhance what they already know and motivate them to apply it with confidence. Motivating staff will create increased daily production as well as  office harmony. We work with practice owners to give the tools you will need to create ideal, efficient staff.

 

Business Plans

We work with you in creating a unique, and professional business plan including your vision and office plans/details. This process, with guidance, can be a positive learning experience.

 

Opening a Dental Hygiene Practice
